    Disappointed!!! Certainly not a five-star worthy hotel Cold and business reception, not customer friendly. Beautiful room, beds fine, fridge had to be turned off in the evening, far too much noise. Complaint reported, nothing was done with this. Personnel only run if you tip them. Ultra all inclusive is not applicable, the orange juice (for which you don't have to pay extra) is not to drink, very sweet. You have to pay for all non-local drinks, we've really experienced this much better. No service at the beach cots, not at the pool and not at the beach. Animation is amateurish (usually by the animation team itself). When an extra drink was distributed in the afternoon, the people at the front of the pool got some but the back part didn't, then it was gone......................................... Lunch in the covered, half-closed old part of the house, where people were allowed to smoke. All in all certainly not worth repeating.

    This was a suitable option for a short weekend trip in Side with good value. The kids enjoyed the free chicken nuggets and fries at the restaurant. Try to request a room with better lighting if you have children.

    The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to a clean and beautiful beach. Rooms are super clean with daily housekeeping and a minibar that gets refilled. Staff is super polite and attentive, always ready to help. The spa has amazing treatments like massages and the pools were great. There are four a la carte restaurants, too!

    Family stay with a great experience

    First, I gotta say, Adem, the manager, was a lifesaver during our 8 nights. He really went out of his way to make sure my family and I, especially my little one, had a blast. The hotel was super clean and the daily-refreshed free minibar was a nice touch, let me tell you.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know. Still okay.

    Cozy hotel with friendly vibes!

    Just spent 3 nights here, and it was great! The hotel's really cozy, and the staff were super friendly and always ready to help us. Caught an awesome Michael Jackson tribute show-such a fun night! Only thing was the beds could've been a bit comfier, but we had a blast overall. Plus, the bar had good snacks!

    Magical sunsets from room 402

    Woke up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoyed varied dining options throughout our stay. The beach was only a 5-minute stroll away.

    The mattress could use an upgrade for better comfort, as I found it slightly hard, which interrupted my sleep at times. Still, the beauty around made it worthwhile.
